With specialties in water and sewer main construction, storm drain installation & earthwork. We are fully licensed and insured for both public and private projects within the state of Arkansas.

Sy and Sara Kirby own and operate Sy-Con, a leading excavation and utility business in Arkansas founded in 2016. They run Sy-Con with three key foundations: Innovative, Integrity, & Impact. Dedicated to improving their community and building a stronger foundation.
